Yalta
Yalta is one of the most important seaside resorts of Ukraine, also known as the city that was home to the famous Yalta conference between Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill during the Second World War, the Livadia Palace. The city has many beaches, palm-lined promenade along the coast and is also the starting point for many excursions to visit Crimea. More than 500 000 tourists went there in 2013 (+ 8% compared to 2012). The largest online World trolleybus connects Yalta Simferopol, capital of Crimea, including its international airport.
